Introduction
The University of Evansville's Crayton E. and Ellen Mann Health Center has partnered with Ascension St. Vincent Tri State Clinics to provide care for both acute and chronic medical conditions. Our primary goal is to have University of Evansville students not only feel better but to be well-informed about their health conditions and how to provide self-care to consequently be healthier to enjoy the University of Evansville experience. All full-time students currently enrolled at University of Evansville are eligible to utilize the health clinic. Services performed at the Health Center include culturally competent, high-quality primary health care, lab services, screenings and immunizations. Some prescriptions are also available on site for a small fee. Scheduling appointments can be made by calling 812-488-2033 or by visiting the Health Center located in Sampson Hall.
We welcome and respect the needs of a diverse student population within a safe, supportive and confidential environment. Visits to the Health Center are strictly confidential. Except in rare instances, as specified by law, no medical information will be released without Written Authorization Consent Form.
